Account details you give us (name, email, phone number, restaurant name and city); business numbers you enter into the tools and health check; messages you send to your consultant and coaching bookings; and basic device and usage data used to keep the app working and secure.

How we use it

To provide the tools, lessons and coaching; to show your results and progress; to let your consultant help you; to send account and booking emails; and to improve the app. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not see or store your card details.

Where data is stored

Data is stored on secure cloud servers (Amazon Web Services). We use service providers only to run the app, such as hosting, email delivery and subscription management.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time from the app's profile screen or by emailing us.

Children

The app is meant for business owners and is not directed at children under 18.

We may update this policy and will show the new date at the top of this page.
